Include your iOS version and, if the issue concerns a specific trip, the trip date — never send us your location history; we don't need it and can't view it.
A drive wasn't recorded. Check Settings → DriversLog → Location is set to "Always" and Motion & Fitness is on. Auto-tracking starts once you move at driving speed; trips under half a mile are skipped by design. Pro's car Bluetooth trigger starts recording the instant your phone connects to your car.
How do I restore Pro on a new phone? Open Settings → DriversLog Pro → Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account.
How do I move my data to a new phone? Settings → Your Data → Back up all data, save the file to iCloud Drive, then Restore from backup on the new phone.
Which tax rates does the app use? Built-in official rates for the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden and Norway — selected in Settings → Tax Scheme, with custom rates for anywhere else.
